How to stop future war?

Countries are making war agreements,

testing missiles everyday,

Everyone is ready for war,

Some follow USA and some follow Russia,

It’s a slow down phase of economy,

But countries invest more in defence,

Just similar like the world war . . .

But now the time is changed,

all counties have now nuclear power,

If one more world war will happen,

Then man-kind must be destroyed completely from the earth.

We have only one option to save this world,

Choose the path of peace and non-violence,

Let’s follow  Mahatma Gandhi and Christ,

For a better future,

Let’s try to solve every issue by discussion . . .

  1. There is a classic question in cosmology: “Where is everybody?” We are not in the newest part of this universe, or of this galaxy. Life now seems to evolve naturally, wherever it is possible. Other planets very likely have hosted life, but … where is everybody? Why do we not detect signals from other planets, or our radio-telescopes detect transmissions? There should be signs of life since we are now equipped to detect them, even if not to understand them. We cannot, realistically, be the only planet with intelligent life, or the first, or the most developed. One answer is that they have all discovered nuclear power – inevitably for a suitably advanced species. And their struggle to live, become the dominant species, become intelligent, conquer nature … they have all become killers in the process, along the way. They have, probably without intending to, destroyed their planets and themselves.

  2. Nations spend money on weapons and armies. When war becomes a business (as it has in much of the world these days), I think the need to show that “We’re getting value for our money” leads to a lot of wars. 😦

            1. Add to the mix pride (“We’re BETTER than you!”), insecurity (“Well, maybe we are, but we’ll never admit it!”), fear (“You’re just out to take everything we have!”), ignorance (“We don’t know you so you must be evil!”). Humanity has much in common with chimpanzees when it might be better to have more in common with bonobos.
